Five Favorite Pinterest Recipes

Chicken Roll-Ups : Obviously this isn't the healthiest of dinner entrees, but it sure was delicious (and incredibly simple!). This is a perfect dinner option when you're running short on time. There are only four ingredients in the whole dish, it took less than ten minutes to throw together, and dinner was ready in no time. Of course, I did revise the recipe a bit to make it even easier. You can find my version of Chicken Roll-Ups here

Santa Fe Baked Chicken : I love Mexican food. Love it! I could probably eat if every single day if it wasn't so terribly unhealthy. Steven and I probably eat Mexican once a week(ish). When I saw this recipe on Pinterest I thought that it would be a good way to put a different spin on "Mexican night."

Wicked Chicken : I'm never one to turn down a good pasta dish. It's fair to say that pasta, any kind of pasta, is my weakness. You give me a pasta dish recipe that only calls for four ingredients, and I'm down to make that whenever and wherever. Easy, simple, and delicious.
Does anyone else see a trend here?

Ranch & Parmesan Crusted Chicken : Any dish that has the word Ranch and Parmesan right in the name has me hooked. We eat a lot of chicken in our house, so I'm always looking for new recipes. I could eat plain, baked chicken every day, but my husband on the other hand likes to mix things up. This recipe was simple way to do just that.

Taco Pasta Bake : Pasta + Tacos = heaven in my mouth. I actually thought this dish looked disgusting when I first saw it on Pinterest because in what world does Italian and Mexican food go together? For some reason I pinned it anyway and then proceeded to make it. It was surprisingly delicious!
