What exactly did I do? I cooked a fabulous casserole for
dinner last night.
I know that may not sound like a big deal to you Betty
Crocker’s out there, but for this slightly undomesticated little girl, it is.
Don’t get me wrong, I can cook a mean Stouffer’s Lasagna. I can even whip up spaghetti
when I’m feeling real adventurous. But that’s about where my cooking expertise
comes to an end. It’s not that I don’t like to cook, I just don’t like finding
recipes and going to the grocery store. I’m getting better at this whole
housewife thing though, and to prove it I’m going to share the recipe to this delicious
casserole that I cooked last night. But please don’t judge me on how
ridiculously easy this is to make...
I got the recipe from my mom who would made this dish all the time when we were growing up. I asked her what the name of the casserole was and her answer, "mom's casserole." Real creative...
Please excuse the missing piece from the side. Someone dove right in before I could snap a picture. Rude.

See? I told you it was so easy that even I could make it without messing it up. The best part about it was the fact that it made a ton of food, so now we can eat leftovers for the rest of the week and I don't have to worry about finding something else to cook! #winning

Good for you, girl!! This looks delicious! Thanks for the recipe! I could always use more, I feel like I always re-use the same 7 or 8 recipes! =)
