Spring Has Arrived!

Happy first day of Spring! I know it still doesn't necessarily feel like Spring in most of the country right now, but in Alabama the weather seems to finally be warming up (for now anyway). Today's weather calls for nearly 70 degrees and sunshine! And that, my friends, is a cause for celebration. I'm not sure if it's the sunny weather or my upcoming honeymoon, but the shopping bug has hit me hard. If anyone wants to throw several hundred dollars at me to cure this little bug of mine, I wouldn't mind at all. For now, however, I will just shop my Pinterest closet. Here are a few things that I'm currently lusting over for Spring:

I'm absolutely loving the jumpsuit trend right now. I may or may not have just bought the most gorgeous white jumpsuit ever for a certain upcoming event. I'm beyond excited about it and can't wait to show it off!

 I'm also still all about the maxi dresses. I really hope those don't go anywhere for a few more years. They are comfortable, adorable, and the perfect Spring to Summer transition piece. I already have more maxi dresses than one girl needs, but I'm sure I'll add a few more to my closet this year. I can't get enough!

One thing I definitely do need to add to my closet are new shoes. I'm almost positive that I wore out every single pair of my Spring/Summer heels and wedges last year because when I went to pull out my open toed shoes for this year, they were looking rough. Real rough. I know I need your standard pair of black, brown, and nude, but I'm also thinking I'll add a few fun colors and textures in the mix as well. A girl can never have too many pairs of shoes!

 I'm all about the low back shirts and dresses this year. My back is one of my favorite features about myself (is that weird?), so I love anything that shows it off.

Pinterest is a dangerous tool. I sit around with my wine in hand pinning and pinning and pinning to my virtual closet, and then I go into my real closet to get dressed and find myself highly disappointed at what I see. I just want my virtual closet to magically transform into my real closet! Is that too much to ask?! Even when I do find something on Pinterest that I just have to have, I click on the link to order it and what do I find? It's either out of stock, way over my budget, or the link takes me to some website where the dress that I'm obsessing over is nowhere to be found. It's highly frustrating actually.
