Loving || the Taylor Swift station on Pandora. I've got no shame in my game. I turn it on as soon as I get to work in the mornings and listen to it all. day. long. I get extra giddy when Blank Space comes on.

Writing || blog posts, finally! After what felt like the longest spell of writers block in history, I have finally began to generate new posts and ideas. For the time being, however, all those great ideas are still in my head. It's been a busy few weeks. I am hoping things will calm down soon so I can get all these thoughts out of my head and onto the blank screen in front of me.

Reading || the Crossfire series by Sylvia Day. I read through the first book in a matter of days, and I am quickly working my way through the second. Think of this series as a more passionate, and much better written version of 50 Shades of Grey (with a lot less bondage). There is a real love story involved between the two main characters and so far I have yet to come across a playroom of any sorts. It is, however, still a very raunchy and explicit series, one that I highly recommend reading.

Watching || our newest Netflix addiction - Revenge. I watched the first season when it first aired on ABC a few years ago, but for whatever reason I never got around to watching it after that. Steven and I were looking for a new series to start not too long ago and we landed on Revenge. Not surprisingly, we binged our way right through the first three seasons in a matter of weeks. Now we are in limbo because the fourth season is still airing on ABC, but we don't want to start watching it from the middle of the season. #FirstWorldProblems

Craving || all the carbs. Why is it when you decide to give up a certain food you start craving it that much more? I want nothing more than a huge bowl of pasta and a large piece of bread right now. My green smoothie and Luna bar will have to suffice for now.

Wishing || the weather would warm up! I hate to wish away time, but I am seriously over winter. I usually love cold weather, but this winter seems to be dragging by. I can't even imagine how everyone up North must feel right now. And if you are from up North, feel free to roll your eyes and call me mean names right about now. We haven't seen so much as a single snowflake here in Alabama and I'm still complaining.

Needing || a weekend getaway. It seems like every day Steven and I talk about planning a weekend getaway, but we have yet to take the plunge and actually book something. I know we are planning a small trip for our anniversary in April, but right now that seems like light years away!

Wanting || a shopping trip. There are so many things I want to buy for our home and so many cute clothes that I want to purchase, but we are really trying to save up now because there are a few evens this Spring that we are going to splurge on. Plus, Steven told me if I could pay off my credit card he would {finally} build me the deck that I have been asking for since we bought our house a year and a half ago. That, my friends, is what I like to call motivation!

Feeling || Determined and hopeful. I'll just leave it at that.

Hoping || that my house will magically clean itself today while I'm at work. Come on, a girl can dream, right?! And crazier things have happened.

I seriously go through withdrawl when it is on break like it is now. (Or at least was last week I dont think it came back this week either.) Another great show to try is The Good Wife.

  4. That craving of carbs is why I hate diets (often why I fail too) It's not something I eat a lot even if I love it, but as soon as I purposefully take it out of my life - it's all I want. How does that logic work?

  5. It seems like once you have a specific goal in mmd to save for ALL you want to do is shop and you NEED everything! LOL, I am in the same boat.

  7. Going down this list I was like "yes, yes, yes" haha. I am so over winter, I love the snow but it's been dragging on forever, especially now as I glance outside and it is currently still snowing. I also need carbs in my life. I'm doing a juice cleanse right now and it's killing me.

  11. I've only read the first Crossfire book but I totally agree with you! I still love me some 50 shades but I think those are so much better, and I like that it takes place in NYC. One of these days I'm going to finish them. And so glad you love Revenge.. it's definitely one of my favorite shows on TV :)

  13. I just added the Crossfire series on my "to read" list...now I just need to finish all the others on my list ;) My husband and I gave up carbs (or at least having them for every single meal) and it is TOUGH! I feel your pain. I could eat bread or pasta for every meal....and we were, which was the problem. We definitely feel better since we started eating better, and are seeing results too--I guess that means it's worth it.
